Tasting Bubbles

Montreal based PhoodStation is developing edible packaging in the form of the sphere. Made out of an edible gel capsule, the ‘Bubble’ as it has been named is an exciting new way of discovering beverages and foods – allowing liquid or solid food and drink combinations to surprise and delight. The sip-size bubble can encapsulate a variety of beverages, from antioxidant juices to alcohols. The project is currently in development with Diane Leclair Bisson directing R&D.
